We had such fun we’re doing it again – it’s the Buckaroo Ball at the Farmers’ Market in the Santa Fe Railyard, with dancing to South By Southwest.
In 2011 a dedicated group of volunteers designed an event that would celebrate all that’s best of the Ball – the sense of a community, the signature auction, the toe-tapping two-stepping dancing – and brought it to downtown Santa Fe. Thanks to these volunteers and the sponsors who supported the Ball, we had a great event and were able to grant a much-needed $112,000 to thirteen Santa Fe-based organizations.
In fact, the Buckaroo Ball has raised $7,000,000 for children in need in Santa Fe County since its inauguration in 1995.
